Quick and Easy - Brownie Cheesecake Bites

     Yes, thats right! You don't have to take a double take at the title, it says, Brownie Cheesecake Bites. Just the name of them make you say Mmmmm Good. I love desserts! If I wouldn't gain weight from eating baked goods, I would make desserts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This particular dessert is two of my favorites made into one and it is delish!
   

 
 This is called a Quick & Easy Recipe because it is done with premade mixes. (Don't Judge)  Now adays not everyone is able to buy all the ingredients needed for a homemade recipe or they do not have the time. I do however prefer to buy the ingredients and make it homemade but, in this situation I didn't have time, I wanted to make these as a snack to take with us on our road trip to get it started off right, with a great dessert!

What you need:

- Box Fudge Brownie Mix (ingredients needed to make brownies)

-Box Cheesecake Mix (ingredients needed to make cheesecake)

- Cupcake Liners

     Mix up Brownie mix as directed. Place cupcake liners in the cupcake pan. Fill half way with Brownie mix, Bake for 12-15 minutes. While the brownies are cooking, mix the cheesecake mix. Once the brownie has cooled, add the Cheesecake to the top, to fill the cup cake liners. Once you have filled the liners, place the pan in the -fridge for 1-1.5 hrs. Once they have been refrigerated you can peal the cupcake liner away from the brownie and cheesecake and eat the bit sized snack!

      These are such good snack bite desserts and very simple to make! Make sure you try them at home or make them for a party! Will be great for a spring time cookout!
