Make Supper Easy - 3 step Homemade Pizza Roll

PIZZA, PIZZA, PIZZA - We love pizza, but sometimes it gets old having the same ole' pepperoni pizza. Yes, there are other kinds of way to have pizza but when you are the only one in your family of four that eats a different kind of pizza it's best to just order the "regular". Well, I've started getting creative. We have already made Pizza Spaghetti as a new twist on Pizza night and now this lovely yummy Pizza Roll.

The best thing about this is I can make my own and not have to get a whole pizza. This is just the traditional Pepperoni Pizza one but feel free to add what your Favorite Pizza Toppings are!

Here is what you will need to make this easy supper! Now as a I said previously feel free to add any additional toppings in the middle of your pizza roll. This is a 3 step dinner!

-Pizza Crust (Make your own homemade or buy canned pizza crust, you can find this with your canned biscuits)
-Pizza Sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
-Pepperoni

How to cook:
1st Step - Roll It Out
Heat oven as according to pizza crust recipe or can. Roll out pizza dough into large (fit to pan) square.
2nd Step - Stuff It
Here is the fun part, Fill the inside with your favorite pizza sauce or other sauce you may be using, add a thin layer of cheese, add pepperoni, and another layer of cheese (if your a cheese lover, my husband is not).Make sure to leave a thin edge around one side to began rolling
3rd Step - Roll It Up
Began rolling on the edge you left thin, and roll to other side. Once you have reached the other side, press the dough together to close and place seam on the bottom. Bake according to recipe or package.

& That is It! Supper is ready in less then 30 min. You could even make this in the morning, refrigerate it and pop it in the oven as soon as you get home. Then it's only a 15 minutes till supper time.
