Bunny Bait (Easter Snack Mix)

I can't believe that it is already mid-April and almost Easter! Of course at this time of year the kids are getting excited about the Easter bunny and their class celebrations. My children are out for Spring Break this week so they don't have any class parties but we are still making this yummy snack mix for our Easter Celebration.

Delicious Ingredients: {& anything else you may want to add}
-Popcorn
-Pretzels
-Springtime M&M's
-Almond Bark
-Chocolate Bark
-Chex Mix {We forgot to buy it...opps, it was still yummy}
-Wax Paper

Mix It Up:
*Pop the Popcorn
*Mix in M&M's, Pretzels, Chex Mix, & any other ingredients you have
*Melt Almond Bark in the microwave or with a double broiler. If Melting in a microwave, only microwave for 30 secs, at a time and stir each time to keep from burning it.
Once Almond Bark is melted, allow to cool for about 2 min, stirring continuously. Once it has melted pour over your Snack Mix. Mix well, until all is coated. Pour out onto the wax paper and allow to cool. The almond bark will harden.
*Melt the Chocolate Bark the same way you melted the Almond Bark and allow to cool for 2 min. stirring continuously. After the 2 min. Drizzle over the top of the snack mix with a spoon.
{to drizzle stir the spoon until well coated and then just hold the spoon downward and move along the mixture to drizzle over the top of it}
*Allow the chocolate drizzle to harden.

*Once the Mixture has cooled and hardened break apart and place on you snack platter or into your snack bags. Its ready to eat and it is so tasty. The kids love it and I have to admit, we could sit down and eat the whole mixture with no problem.

Hope you enjoy your Bunny Bait!
