2 Step BBQ Pulled Pork




This BBQ Pulled Pork really is only TWO steps to cooked, and you can either eat it as a pork roast or it will fall apart in your hand for a pulled pork sandwiches topped with your favorite BBQ Sauce!





Here is what you will need:
-1 Can of Soda {Pepsi, Coke, Dr. Pepper}{May need 2 depending on size of crock pot}
-Pork Roast
-Crock pot

Place Pork Roast into the Crock Pot, Pour Can of soda over the top of the Roast and make sure the crock pot is at least 1/4 full. Place on High and cook for 4 hours or place on Low and cook for 6 hours.







Then your DONE! Yes, that's really it. - unless your cooking sides to go with it, and you have between 4 and 6 hours to get those done, so this is still a quick, easy, simple meal. This is such a great meal and it can easy supper by just pulling the pork {literally falls apart in your fingers} and having sandwiches and chips or cut up some potatoes for homemade fries. This is also a great 4th of July Cookout meal! I think this will be going on our Menu for our 4th of July Palooza- maybe that's what we will call it.
