Healthiness - FitBit

If you haven't heard about a Fitbit or seen one you should definitely check them out, especially if you are working out and getting healthy like I am! 

Fitbit comes in many different colors and styles and they help you track your steps, activity, miles walked/ran, and even your sleep pattern. I have absolutely fell in love with my Fitbit and the friendly competition that I have going on with my mom and friends.

- So I have dedicated myself to getting healthy and back in shape. I feel like all of us women have this roller coaster love/hate relationship with being healthy and staying in shape. We all want to have a great body but we all love food more. The key is to being healthy, making good decisions for your body and making it a habit not a diet, cause as I've said before when I am on a diet i do just that D-I-E. 
I have had my FitBit since Christmas and been wearing it since and learning it and just getting use to it. I have been wanting to get back to my work regimen that I had going before the craziness of the holidays and the first of the year rush of new things and taxes. 
Today I set up a plan of what I wanted to do. I want to walk as much as possible, Zumba {cause I LOVE to dance} and get a great weight workout for toning. I am very excited and plan to keep this going for the rest of my life! Remember it only take 21 days to make something a habit.
